About this site

APX offers Business and First Class flight quotations and help with access to events, together with the travel around them. This website lets you describe what you need and continue the conversation with APX directly.

Nothing here is a booking

Submitting the form, or opening a WhatsApp draft, is a request. It is not a booking, a reservation, a ticket or a contract, and no payment is taken on this website.

If online submission is switched off, the site says so and nothing you type is saved or sent.

Prices and availability

Any figure shown on this site is a provider-observed reference at the moment it was seen. It is not a confirmed APX quotation and no saving is calculated or promised.

Flight and event availability, supplier and final pricing are only confirmed directly with APX before you commit to anything. References can change or disappear without notice.

Events

Event dates listed on this site are planning references. No inventory is shown or guaranteed. APX confirms supplier, availability and pricing before anything is committed.

APX is not affiliated with Formula 1, any team, venue, promoter or event organiser. Event names are used only to identify the weekend you are asking about.

Using the site fairly

Please give accurate details and only submit requests you genuinely intend to discuss. Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or bypass the security checks on the site.

APX may decline or stop handling a request.

Third parties

Airlines, hotels, transfer companies, ticket suppliers and hospitality providers apply their own terms, and their contract is with you unless APX tells you otherwise in writing. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms.

Limits

The website is provided as it is, for planning and enquiry. APX is not responsible for decisions made purely on a reference figure or a listed date that has not been confirmed with us.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that applies to you.
