Terms
Using APX, in plain terms.
Effective 25 October 2026
Scope of these terms
These terms cover use of the APX Members Club (APX) website and enquiries for premium travel, global event access and concierge coordination. They do not replace a written service agreement, confirmed quotation or supplier terms provided for a specific transaction.
Before you commit or pay, APX will identify the contracting provider, the scope of its role and the applicable service and supplier terms in writing. Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a booking or an obligation to purchase.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings
A form submission, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a reservation, ticket, confirmed quotation or guarantee of access. No payment is collected on this website. A booking or service proceeds only through the acceptance and payment steps specified in the written offer.
Check names, dates, destinations and requirements carefully. You are responsible for providing accurate information and obtaining authority before sharing another person's details. APX may decline requests it cannot fulfil or reasonably suspects to be unlawful or abusive, subject to applicable law.
Fares, savings and availability
Displayed prices and dates are planning references unless expressly confirmed in a written quotation. Availability, currencies, taxes, supplier charges, payment deadlines and the total payable must be confirmed before commitment and may change before acceptance.
The statement ‘up to 70% off’ describes a maximum potential saving on selected premium fares, not a saving available on every request. Any applicable saving and comparison basis must be confirmed for the specific itinerary and quotation. No discount, fare or access is guaranteed by the website.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment instructions, currency, fees and any deposit or balance deadline will be set out in the written offer. Displayed payment marks identify possible methods only; their availability must be confirmed. Do not send full payment-card details or account credentials through enquiry forms or chat.
Change, cancellation, refund and no-show conditions vary by service and supplier and will be provided before you commit. Some confirmed fares, tickets or services may be non-refundable where permitted by law; do not assume a refund or cancellation right beyond the agreed terms and your mandatory legal rights. Ask APX for the applicable conditions before paying.
Events and independent suppliers
Event listings are editorial planning references, not live inventory. Dates, programmes, venues and access conditions may change; access remains subject to supplier confirmation. APX is not affiliated with Formula 1, teams, promoters or venues unless expressly stated. Names identify the event being discussed.
Airlines, hotels, transport providers, ticket suppliers and specialist partners apply their own terms. APX's role as coordinator, agent or contracting supplier will be explained for each service; these terms do not assume that every contract is directly with a third party or exclude APX's own legal responsibilities.
Residency, business, banking and citizenship services
APX coordinates introductions and administrative assistance through specialist providers. Website information is general and is not legal, immigration, tax, investment or regulated financial advice. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals for your circumstances.
Eligibility, government approvals, visas, licences, bank-account opening and citizenship or residency outcomes are determined by the relevant authorities and providers. No approval, completion timeline, tax outcome or financial result is guaranteed. Provider scope, fees, required documents and refund conditions must be agreed before you proceed.
Travel documents and your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, entry and transit rules, health requirements, insurance and any event restrictions that apply to your circumstances. Requirements may change. APX's coordination does not replace official advice or the traveller's obligations, and does not limit any responsibility APX has under applicable law.
Privacy and fair use
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. WhatsApp and email drafts are not sent until you send them in the relevant application; those services apply their own terms and privacy practices. Optional analytics can be controlled through Privacy choices.
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent requests or use site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights. Event and payment brand names remain the property of their respective owners; displaying them does not imply endorsement.
Liability and mandatory rights
The website is provided for information and enquiry and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, APX does not accept liability for reliance solely on unconfirmed website references or for matters outside its reasonable control. Any transaction-specific allocation of responsibility must be set out in the applicable agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, consumer guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable responsibility for fraud or negligence. Your mandatory rights take priority over conflicting wording in these terms or supplier conditions.
Questions, disputes and updates
Contact concierge@apxmembers.com or +971 55 858 5210 with questions or complaints, including your request reference where available. APX will seek to resolve complaints fairly; this does not prevent you from using statutory remedies or contacting a relevant authority.
Any governing-law or dispute arrangements for a transaction will be stated in its written agreement and remain subject to mandatory consumer protections. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not change an accepted booking or service agreement retrospectively without a lawful basis.
