What this page covers
APX is a travel and event access service. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you give us on this website and when you continue a conversation with us on WhatsApp.
What we collect
Trip details you enter: departure and arrival airports, dates, number of travellers and cabin.
Contact details you enter on the second step: your full name and WhatsApp number, together with the consent you tick.
Event enquiries: the event, city and dates named in the message you choose to prepare.
Basic technical information needed to serve the page securely, such as your request being checked for automated abuse.
We do not ask for passport data, payment card details or loyalty account credentials on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and continue the conversation with you, normally on WhatsApp.
To keep a record of the request and of the consent you gave, so we can show what was agreed.
To protect the site against automated abuse.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Buttons on this site prepare a draft message in WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press Send yourself. Once you send it, the conversation is carried by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
The site works without optional cookies. Measurement is loaded only if a measurement service is configured and you explicitly choose Allow analytics. If you choose Necessary only, no measurement script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set.
Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time using the Privacy choices control in the footer, when measurement is available.
How long we keep it
Request and consent records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to evidence the consent given, then removed. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold for you.
Your choices
You can ask APX for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to WhatsApp contact at any time by telling us in the chat.

Anything shown on this site is a planning reference. Flight and event availability, supplier and pricing are only confirmed directly with APX before you commit to anything.
